At Ice Candles , we aim to deliver high-quality, fault-free handcrafted candles. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, our returns policy is outlined below:
Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong item (not matching your order), please contact us within 14 days. You can choose a replacement (if available) or a refund. Items must be returned in original condition.
Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Ice Candles.
Faulty Goods
If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging, we’ll refund the full product price.
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged in Transit
If your order is visibly damaged on delivery, please sign for it as “damaged” and notify us within 14 days. A refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
Note: Return shipping costs are not covered.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
